What happens to my information?
We do NOT sell, share, or reveal any information about our customers to anyone, period.
BlueExtreme.com is very concerned about the privacy of its customers and promises that we will not make any information or statistics about our customers available to any other persons or companies for any reason except to comply with state and federal laws, where applicable. We hate spam too! BlueExtreme.com will only ask for the information necessary to get your orders processed and shipped correctly and quickly to you as well as guard against fraud.
BlueExtreme.com may from time to time ask for feedback on how we did from its customers on a voluntary basis only to provide better service. Information gathered will be used internally to improve our processes, product offerings, or other means deemed appropriate by management.
All information gathered will be protected to a reasonable degree from unauthorized users and once collected stored in an encrypted or offline database by BlueExtreme.com. BlueExtreme.com is not liable for any information leaked as a result of hackers, virus attacks, or other unforeseen methods. BlueExtreme.com will prosecute to the full extent of the law any violation of its privacy policy by anyone.

Do you disclose the information collected to outside parties?
No, never, period! We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, which will never happen because we value our customer’s privacy and will never sell their information. Back to Top
Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $7.95 for any size order, regardless of weight.
Room Air Purifier Shipping
Ground shipping is free.
This applies to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories shipping is $16.95.
Canada is $55.95USD. Customer must pay any customs fees.
All products are shipped by the most economical method unless specified routing instructions are given. We will then do our best to follow that request.
How long will it take to receive my order?
More than 95% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, but some orders may take a little longer due to delivery times of products coming into our warehouse. If we can't ship within 24 hours, we will email you with shipping status. Standard ground shipping should take 2-7 days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
Do you ship international?
Only to Canada.
Can I have an order shipped to my US P.O. Box?
Yes. Specify US priority Mail and use only your P.O. Box in the ship to address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please call or email us to cancel as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, we will give you instructions on how to return it.
Secure Site
Is your site secure?
Our shopping cart offers the highest security available. When you submit any information to us, on our secure shopping cart, your information is protected. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal, your choice. Your credit card data is encrypted and not held on-line. We provide state-of-the-art fraud protection.
Can I pay by check or do a COD?
You can call or email us with your order. We will give you a total so you can mail us a check. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
California state tax is applied to an item if we ship the item to a California address. Back to Top
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. All purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange. Customer must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please follow the procedure below:
Email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In the email, include your 4-digit receipt number, the reason for the return (broken, not satisfied etc.) and whether you want a refund, exchange or a different product.
Do not return merchandise without an RMA as the return will be refused.
We will issue an RMA within 48 hours. Then package the unit securely and returned in a box (original box and packaging material preferred). Include any instructions or manuals. Original shipping and return postage fees will not be refunded.
It is strongly recommended to insure packages through a courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information. BlueExtreme will not be liable for lost returns.
Warranty
All products sold at BlueExtreme.com are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser.
Products are warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase ( all room air purifiers are warranted for one year). This warranty is voided (as determined by BlueExtreme) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product.
Email first for return authorization, with problem and purchase date. Products must be returned prepaid.
No credit will be issued for merchandise returned without a return authorization number.
Damage Claims: Claims for missing items or items that have arrived with visible damage due to mishandling in shipment must be made within ten business days from the date we shipped the product to you. Shipping companies have time limitations after which they will not process a claim.
We reserve the right to refuse items returned without a return merchandise number.
